REMINDER – This Monday is the LCOA 2024 Annual Meeting – 7 pm in the clubhouse. Please Note: For your safety, please follow the caution tape marked walkway paths to the clubhouse from the pool area gates. This will ensure your safety walking through the ongoing pool resurfacing project areas. Owners may attend the annual meeting in person or via zoom video conference – zoom login below. If you are not planning to attend, please take a minute to complete and return the attached proxy form. This will count toward the number of owners required for a quorum so the meeting can be conducted.
Also attached please find the agenda for Monday’s board meeting, November 18th, that will immediately follow the annual meeting and the attached approved September and draft October minutes.
