Hi! We saw a rental posting listed on Craigslist for 90 La Cumbre cir and I just wanted to confirm with someone that the listing is legitimate. It was posted by an Anne Schoonover, who contacted us from aschoonover049@gmail.com and 619-816-3030. She relayed to us that they were initially planning on selling the place but then didn’t have a positive experience with the realtor and are now deciding to just rent out the property as soon as possible, but we also see on a few different websites that it’s listed for sale and as ‘pending’ and that there was supposedly an open house today from 12-3pm. Is there any chance anyone could confirm that Anne Schoonover is who she says she is and that this seems legitimate?
