Dear LCOA Homeowners,
I am forwarding the schedule from the city of Santa Barbara Traffic Engineer for applying the slurry coat and striping to Modoc Rd. See below.
Hello all-
Modoc Road will be given a double slurry seal, then the final striping with turn lanes will be installed. The first slurry seal will be next week, and the second slurry seal will be in early December. The contractor will then wait about three weeks before applying the final striping. The current configuration is temporary so the contractor has a shoulder area from which to work.
