Dear LCOA Homeowners, Shaffer Painting will be back on site in the next few weeks to address several small follow-on painting tasks in the association area. They have provided a bid to paint front doors, at owner expense, for $140.00 which includes prep and two coats of paint. I have attached the LCOA approved front door colors. Please respond to this email not later than Friday, September 30th if you would like to have Shaffer paint your front door and include the color of your choice. I will maintain a spreadsheet with owner front door painting requests. You will be notified with the dates Shaffer will be on site. Thank you.
